Created specifically for young girls who may:

  • Have seen unhealthy relationships and want something different for themselves

  • Want to learn the early signs of manipulation, control, and harmful behaviors

  • Want to learn how to lead, speak up, support each other, and break cycles early

  • Girls who may be navigating life without a solid support system at home

Roots and Wings Youth Mentorship Program is a community-rooted initiative designed to support teens as they navigate the challenges of adolescence, identity, confidence, and decision-making. Our mission is to create a safe, structured, uplifting environment where young people can grow into emotionally grounded, self-aware, and responsible adults. This program includes two dedicated tracks:

  • Lack stable male role models

  • Have only seen unhealthy examples of manhood
